Times Tables at Amotherby – TT Rock Stars

At Amotherby Community Primary School, we use TT Rock Stars to support pupils in developing rapid recall of multiplication and division facts in a fun, motivating way. Secure knowledge of times tables is essential for success in maths, and TT Rock Stars helps pupils to build fluency and confidence through regular practice.

Pupils use TT Rock Stars both in school and at home, with sessions carefully linked to our maths curriculum. Progress is monitored by teachers to identify strengths and gaps, ensuring support is targeted where it is most needed.

To make learning even more engaging, pupils regularly take part in friendly competitions, including House battles and inter-school challenges. These events promote teamwork, perseverance and a positive attitude towards maths, while encouraging pupils to improve their personal bests.

TT Rock Stars is a key part of our approach to developing fluent, confident mathematicians and helps to foster a love of learning through challenge, collaboration and celebration.
